Top Notch Service

Joe,

My name is Hershel Hale located in Richmond, VA. I had to take the time out of a really busy schedule to tell you what excellent personal service that I have received from your representative, Sunny Nietubicz.

To sum it all up, I was having problems with a new instrument that we had purchased, partly due to your instruction booklet not being detailed enough and partly due to my own ignorance. That being said, Sunny was quite patient with me and kept at it until the problem was solved. I mean the girl sent a replacement to my house over night, on the weekend, so that I could do the job scheduled for that Monday morning. Now I call that true service and commitment to the customer and you may use me as a reference anytime.

Great To Hear but not Surprising in the Least...

Hershel,

Sincere thanks for taking the time to comment on Sunny's efforts. Sunny not only is one of our most technically astute employees but also dedicated to the success of our customers. What I admire most about Sunny is that she loves her work...and it shows.

I could gush on for hours about how much I respect and admire Sunny. In doing so, however, I run the risk of having her print out my comments and tape them to my office door (right next to the "Beware of Dog" sign she put up last year). The thought of her quoting back to me my own words on a daily basis is more than I can bear. You see, despite our willingness to do most anything to ensure our customers are satisfied, the inner workings of our office tends to be more pirate ship than luxury liner. Therefore, I refrain from too much praise in the spirit of self-preservation.

One thing I can say with confidence: You would have received the same level of support and service from any member of our company. Every Monday morning, Sunny leads our Sales Team meetings in which we discuss the customer experience. She, like every member in our organization, knows that if our customers achieve success through the use of our products, we in turn, will share in that success.
